Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Bytostudio website (www.bytostudio.com), viewing a password-protected demo website created by us, or engaging our services in any capacity, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not access or use our services.

Our Demo-First Outreach Model

Bytostudio operates using a "demo-first" outreach strategy. As part of this approach, we proactively create preliminary, customized website demonstrations for prospective clients — often without a prior request. These demos are built using publicly available business information to illustrate what a professional web presence could look like for your business.

Nature of Demo Websites

• No Obligation: Receiving or viewing a demo is entirely non-binding. You are under no pressure to proceed with any paid service.
• "As Is" Condition: Demos are provided for illustrative purposes only. They are not fully functional, legally compliant, accessibility-audited, or ready for public deployment until a formal Web Design Agreement is signed and the project is completed.
• Private & Non-Indexed: All demo sites are hosted on private, password-protected subdomains and are not indexed by search engines. They are exclusively for the review of the target business owner.

Intellectual Property

Bytostudio's Rights

Bytostudio retains full ownership of all code, design elements, layouts, custom graphics, animations, and structural components created for any demo website, unless and until a formal project agreement is executed and full payment is received.

Your Pre-Existing Rights

You retain all rights to your pre-existing intellectual property used in the demo, including but not limited to: your business name, logos, brand colours, and publicly available customer reviews. Bytostudio uses this information solely to personalise the demo — we do not claim any rights over your intellectual property.

Restriction on Unauthorised Use

• You may not copy, screenshot (for commercial replication), reverse-engineer, or deploy the demo website, its design, layout, or code without purchasing the completed project from Bytostudio.
• Personal screenshots for review purposes (e.g., sharing with a business partner for feedback) are permitted.

Confidentiality

Demo links are password-protected and provided exclusively for the review of the target business owner and their trusted stakeholders. You agree not to share the demo password or link with competitors or unrelated third parties without our prior written consent.

Requesting Demo Removal

If you are a business owner and do not wish to proceed, you may request the immediate removal of your demo site and associated data by emailing support@bytostudio.com. We will action all valid removal requests within 5 business days at no cost to you.

Payment & Project Terms

All paid projects are governed by a separate Web Design Agreement provided at the time of engagement. Key terms typically include:

• A deposit (typically 50%) is required to begin production on any paid project.
• Final payment is due upon project completion, before handover of source files.
• Revision rounds are specified per plan; additional revisions may incur extra charges.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bytostudio is not liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.
• Perceived loss of reputation or business interruption arising from the creation or private viewing of a non-indexed demo website based on publicly available information.
• Loss of data, revenue, or profits resulting from reliance on our demo websites prior to formal agreement.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued engagement with our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
